Smart Display Management System (DMS)
Cloud dashboard to remotely manage, schedule, and monitor networked smart TV displays across multiple client sites — with offline playback support.
Problem
Client businesses running networked TV/display setups (retail signage, waiting rooms) needed centralized control over content and device health, including continued playback when a display loses internet connectivity.
Solution
Built a multi-tenant cloud dashboard for managing display clients — device online/offline status, content scheduling, storage usage per client, and remote control — with local playback fallback so displays keep running scheduled content offline.
Architecture
React Dashboard → Node.js REST API → per-client display devices, with local content caching for offline playback.
My Contribution
Built the admin dashboard, client/device management, content scheduling, and offline playback fallback.
Result
In active use at IoT Tech Smart Products to manage multiple display clients and their networked screens.
